Off On My Tangent | Beauty 204

Hello there. Welcome to Entrepreneurial Goddess and the 11th post in my series entitled "Off On My Tangent!"

Today, I thought we'd have a little "pamper me" day. I've been eyeing this packet of beeswax sitting on my counter wondering what to do with it. Then a lightbulb went off - as winter approaches, our lips need a little tlc too so why not try making lipbalm! Well, I did get a little EPG-nervous, because I've not made this before and I also have a kind of love-hate friendship with beeswax.

REMOVE THESE SATIN SHEETS

Hello there. Welcome to Entrepreneurial Goddess and the 28th post in my series entitled "Off On My Tangent!"

Today, I thought I'd take a detour from my usual tangents to spotlight a bit of poetry by my poet friend, Andy. He's been absent from blog-land for quite some time, but has returned anew with a post entitled: "Return Of The Poet - Reminiscing." This is one of his favourites [and mine] that I selected especially for the ladies! You can read more of his unique poetry at his blog, Thoughts Of Beauty In The Stillness Of Dawn...

~REMOVE THESE SATIN SHEETS~ by ~Andy David~
My darling, the scent of the night is filled with your sweet, feminine fragrance amidst a gentle breeze.

With your painted toes, seductively remove these satin sheets so that passion will overrule our shyness as we become one again under love's rhythm.

LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE!

Hello there. Welcome to Entrepreneurial Goddess and the 27th post in my series entitled "Off On My Tangent!"

As kids, while playing skipping-rope (jump-rope for those in the US), whenever we thought one or the other was telling a fib or two, we used to taunt each other and our friends with the rhyme "Liar, liar, pants on fire!" This was done innocently of course, but do you know that you are actually being lied to on a far grander scale?
